IGNITE European Graduate Program

The auto industry is set to progress further in the next 10 years than it did in the previous 100. Join our new generation of innovative engineers at DENSO and you will be working right at the forefront of that change, helping us craft the products and technologies that will define how people travel in the future.

Another level. Another continent. Another world.

The DENSO IGNITE program takes you on a two-year ride around one of the world’s largest automotive suppliers. Rotating through a series of challenging assignments, you’ll see first-hand, how we’re pushing past the boundaries of what’s possible to provide car manufacturers with tomorrow’s technology. You’ll also enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to spend three months working in our headquarters in Japan.

By the end of the program, you’ll have gained the broad exposure, skills and experience you need to become one of our professional engineers – and you’ll be ready to play a crucial role in shaping the future of mobility at DENSO.

Your IGNITE Journey

Home Assignment

Your first assignment will most likely be with the department you will ultimately be working in. Your manager for this assignment will check on your progress continuously throughout your two years on the program.

Abroad Assignment

Your second assignment is likely to take you to a different country, where you will experience what it is like to work for DENSO in another location and culture. The networking you do here will serve as a basis for the rest of your career.

Japan Assignment

Everyone on the IGNITE program enjoys a three-month-placement at our headquarters in Japan. It’s an amazing opportunity to experience the working environment and unique culture at the very heart of our business.
